Job Responsibility

Key Objectives:

  • Meet Sales Targets and Deliver Value to the Geography
  • Develop and Execute Channel Sales Strategies to Drive Growth
  • Build and Maintain Strong Relationships with Dealers and Distributors
  • Lead Generation and Demand Creation through Effective Sales and Marketing Initiatives
Key Responsibilities:

Delivering on Value and Volume:

  • Prepare and Execute Monthly Business Plans to Achieve Assigned Objectives
  • Assist Dealers in Achieving Their Sales Targets through Regular Visits, Scheme Communication, and Timely Service
  • Ensure Growth of Core Products and New/Focused Products
  • Analyze Area-Level Data to Identify Gaps and Drive Necessary Initiatives

Channel Sales and Marketing:

  • Implement Channel Initiatives, Schemes, and Control Measures
  • Track and Solve Dealer Queries Timely to Maintain Productive Relationships
  • Ensure Availability of Material, Services, and Promotional Tools to Dealers
  • Implement Marketing Plans, New Launches, Promotions, Pricing, Product Mix, and Distribution Policies

Accounting and Audit:

  • Control Entire Accounting and Audit-Related Queries
  • Collect Receivables as Per Organization's Norms and Review Credit Worthiness of Business Associates

Influencer Loyalty Programs:

  • Drive Influencer Loyalty Programs as Per Organization's Policies
  • Ensure Extension of Benefits to Influencers as Per Defined Loyalty Program Structure
