Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee student visa applications for European countries. The ideal candidate should have experience with VFS processes, embassy documentation, and university application procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Filing student visa applications end-to-end for European destinations.
  • Verifying and reviewing visa-related documents thoroughly.
  • Scheduling VFS appointments and coordinating with students.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of embassy rules and immigration guidelines.
  • Coordinating the submission of university applications on behalf of students.
  • Tracking application status and visa processing timelines for individual students.
  • Communicating effectively with students, universities, and consulates.
  • Evaluating accuracy, attention to detail, and organisation in administrative processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in student visa processing with expertise in European visa applications (2–3 years).
  • Strong knowledge of VFS processes, embassy rules, and document verification.
  • Experience with university application filing, including online portals and documentation.
  • High organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and ability to manage multiple student files simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PDFs, and document conversion/formatting tools.
