Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our AI/ML team in delivering technical strategy and making strategic decisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of the AI/ML team, focusing on building, deploying, and maintaining robust, scalable, and efficient ML models.

The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership and strategic direction for the AI team, aligning with overall business objectives. They will also lead and mentor a team of data engineers, MLOps engineers, and machine learning engineers to achieve project objectives and deliverables.

  • Technical Leadership: Provide strategic direction for the AI team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, MLOps engineers, and machine learning engineers to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
  • AI Architecture: Contribute to AI/ML architecture design and implementation.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate their needs into production-grade Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models.
  • Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • 12-15 years of total experience, with at least 2 years of experience leading/managing AI/ML projects.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, such as Google Cloud Platform.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
