The role of Assistant Manager - Collections Auto Loan is a vital one, as it involves overseeing the allocation of portfolios to vendors based on past performance trends and FOS availability. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills and be able to manage teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing agency billing closures within 60 days of the work completed month
  • Ensuring prior approvals in repo cases
  • Coordinating with legal team for initiating legal actions against chronic defaulters
  • Handling collection repo-related customer service issues escalations

This position requires someone who can think critically and come up with effective solutions to complex problems. Strong communication skills are also essential, as the candidate will be interacting with various stakeholders, including agency resources and enforcement agencies.
