Admission Officer Role in International School Setting

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Admission Officer to join our school community. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the admissions process, engaging with prospective families, and promoting the school's vision and values.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire admissions process, ensuring seamless coordination between academic and administrative teams.

  • Analyze and report on admission data to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, or a customer-facing role within the education sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
