Quality Assurance Manager Job Description

About the Role

This Quality Assurance Manager position is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for ensuring all production processes adhere to stringent quality and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of continuous improvement while designing and executing comprehensive quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production processes that meet internal quality benchmarks and external regulatory standards.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and food safety requirements through regular audits and inspections.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Development & Innovation and Production, to streamline workflows and maintain quality throughout product development.
  • Monitor quality process effectiveness regularly and implement data-driven improvements for product consistency and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in FMCG or dairy/ice cream manufacturing.

Technical Skills:

  • Quality Management Systems (QMS) Implementation.
  • Regulatory and Food Safety Compliance.
  • Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions.
  • Process Optimization and Data-Driven Improvement.
