Insurance Operations Coordinator

As an Insurance Operations Coordinator at WNS, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Underwriting team. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with Underwriters to deliver exceptional results.
- You will leverage your expertise in insurance operations to ensure seamless stakeholder management and delivery of high-quality services.
- Your key strengths in case-pricing, exposure rating, experience rating, and ILF/LDF knowledge will enable you to make informed decisions that drive business growth.
- Responsibilities include reviewing risk requests, conducting risk assessments, processing loss reports, generating quotes, handling endorsements, and spearheading process improvements.
- You will also be responsible for quality control at various stages to guarantee excellent work quality.
- Effective communication with underwriters and regular updates to managers are essential to manage challenges and workload while maintaining account SLAs.
We are seeking candidates with a strong background in insurance underwriting operations and relevant certifications like CPCU. A university degree or equivalent is required, and prior experience in a similar role is essential.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance underwriting operations is necessary to excel in this position.
- Certifications such as CPCU and a background in Actuarial Science are highly valued.
- You should possess excellent MS-Office and SQL skills, along with a strong customer focus and service orientation.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This is a competitive compensation package that reflects the company's commitment to rewarding its employees.
