Responsibilities:
Coordinating Client Consultation: Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Policy Analysis: Review and analyse clients' existing insurance policies to identify gaps in coverage.
Recommendations: Coordinate with clients on appropriate insurance products, including life, health, property, and liability insurance.
Market Research: Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the country’s insurance policies and regulations and stay updated on market trends, regulations, and new insurance products to offer the best advice.
Claims Assistance: Assist clients in the claims process, ensuring they understand their rights and options.
Networking: Build and maintain relationships with insurance providers, underwriters, and other industry professionals.
Compliance: Ensure all insurance policies and practices comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards including collaboration with internal departments to streamline insurance processes on a regular basis.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting and selling insurance products.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Proven past experience insurance advisory, coordination, sales etc is mandatory.
Licensing: Relevant insurance licenses may be required (e.g., life, health, property, casualty).
Required Skill Set:
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex information simply.
- Confident with excellent presentation skills
- Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
