Chief Enterprise Strategist

This Business Transformation role requires a specialization in Strategic Planning and Enterprise Architecture.
- Strong cross-functional knowledge, including core areas like Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Procurement Management.
- In-depth domain understanding in one of the following sectors: Energy, Manufacturing, Logistics, Healthcare, Retail, or Banking Services.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Planning- Develop and communicate an integrated business strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand their goals and ensure alignment with IT initiatives.
- Drive and govern the Digital Transformation roadmap.
- Evaluate and select technology platforms/solutions that align with enterprise architecture principles.
- Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the enterprise architecture.
- Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and industry certifications.
Additionally, this role requires exceptional communication and presentation skills, as well as experience with data analysis tools and Enterprise Architecture Methodologies. Additionally, Cross Domain Knowledge, Business Process Improvement, and Change Management are highly valued skills for this position.
