Your Roles and Responsibilities

As a member of our Revenue Assurance team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing and reconciliation of client invoices in the Logistics Industry.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be challenged and inspired every single day.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Processing and resolving client invoicing disputes in a timely manner
  • Providing billing data to auditors and corporate finance teams as required
  • Responding to client queries via calls and emails
  • Ensuring effective data management and analysis
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and timelines

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Graduate degree or equivalent with 0-3 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain/Shipping domain
  • Basic knowledge of Logistics/Supply Chain principles
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel
  • Experience handling queries via calls and emails
  • Ambitious and results-driven individual who can work under direction towards agreed targets/goals
