We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil & Structural Design Engineer to lead our team in the delivery of high-quality design solutions for power infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in structural analysis and design within the construction domain, ensuring timely completion of projects. Key responsibilities include designing AIS/GIS substations, control room buildings, and associated civil elements.

Additional responsibilities include designing transformer, tower, and girder foundations, developing drawings for outdoor equipment foundations, guard houses, staff quarters, grading, roads, and drainage systems, designing outdoor steel structures, and miscellaneous works related to substations and cabling.

To succeed in this role, you will need 10–15 years of relevant experience in Substation Switchyard & Power Transmission industry, a strong knowledge of structural and civil engineering design codes and standards, proficiency in design software and drafting tools such as STAAD Pro, STAAD, Etabs, and AutoCAD, and experience in end-to-end design from concept to detailed engineering.
