Video Production Role

  • Lead Video Content Producer

As a senior video content producer and studio lead at Xebia, you will oversee the creation of high-quality video content while managing studio operations in Gurgaon. Collaborate with the creative team to bring our vision to life and ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities: Video Production

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects from start to finish.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Coordinate pre-production tasks such as scripting, storyboarding, and casting.
  • Direct video shoots, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Oversee post-production processes including editing, sound design, and visual effects, with a focus on Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Audition.
  • Adapt the post-production style to align with the current Xebia look and feel, ensuring brand consistency and excellence.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure the final output meets our brand guidelines and exceeds expectations.

Studio Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the studio, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure the studio is properly equipped and stocked with necessary supplies for video production.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and rental agencies related to studio facilities and equipment.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize studio workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Demonstrate expertise in video and audio hardware such as cameras, lenses, microphones, lights, and mixing desks.
  • Exhibit strong skills in lighting setup and equipment handling for high-quality video production.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and ideas for video content.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for team members, encouraging creativity and excellence.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and grow professionally.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Video Producer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of video projects across various formats and genres.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects, with a preferred audio editing software (knowledge of Adobe Audition is a plus).
  • Extensive knowledge of video production techniques, equipment, and best practices.
  • Experience with lighting setup and recording gear in a studio environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong post-production skills with the ability to adapt and maintain the current Xebia look and feel, ensuring brand consistency and excellence.
