Business Analysis Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and improving processes. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop comprehensive business cases to support investment decisions. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of related experience as an IT or Business Analyst
  • Experience in working as part of Agile teams
  • Digitally savvy, with a passion for innovative and quality digital products
  • Skilled in various business analysis techniques including; feature decomposition, context diagrams, stakeholder analysis, state diagrams, wireframes, functional requirements, non-functional requirements, use cases, business process definition, user stories, and backlog management
  • Excellent communication skills; both oral and written
