Job Description

A seasoned Mechanical Engineer is sought for this leadership role. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Body-In-White (BIW) structure and assembly, joining techniques, concept generation, cost optimization, DFM/DFA, materials, FMEA, GD&T, and Stack Up.

The successful candidate will manage project plans and deliverables while coordinating with cross-functional teams and suppliers. They will lead design reviews and packaging reviews to ensure effective solutions and quick actions. Involvement in prototyping activities and builds is also expected.

This role requires strong skills in NX surfacing and Team Center knowledge. A good understanding of program requirements and the ability to manage deliverables are essential. Strong communication and coordination skills are also required.

  • Strong knowledge of BIW structure and assembly

  • Ability to optimize costs and manage deliverables
