Quality Assurance Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to lead our testing efforts and ensure the highest quality standards in software development.

About This Job

This is a leadership position that requires strong technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to mentor and lead a team of QA engineers.

  • Mentor and lead a team of QA engineers to define quality standards and best practices.
  • Design and implement test automation strategies for regression and performance testing across Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), Backend (Elixir/NodeJS), and Infrastructure (Kubernetes).
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development.
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools: Playwright, Selenium, BrowserStack.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript.
  • Experience testing Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), and Backend (Elixir/NodeJS).
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Infrastructure testing experience (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
  • Load and stress testing experience.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
