Job Title: Test Engineer (Software Testing Specialist)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled test engineer to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for our software solutions.

  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure product quality meets business and technical requirements.
  • Validate the integrity, mapping, and synchronization of data across systems and integrations.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of customer journeys, segmentation logic, data ingestion pipelines, and marketing automations.
  • Work closely with developers, data engineers, and marketing teams to proactively identify issues and validate resolutions.
  • Test API integrations, webhooks, and data pipelines within our ecosystem.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, governance, and security standards during test execution and documentation.
  • Maintain test documentation, report bugs using appropriate tools, and track issues through resolution.

Required Skills:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on QA experience, preferably in projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights.
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse, its schema, and data flow within the Power Platform.
  • Experience testing integrations with third-party systems (e.g., CDPs, email platforms, analytics tools).
  • Familiarity with D365 CRM (particularly Customer Service module) from a QA perspective.
  • Proficient in using tools for API testing, test case management, and defect tracking (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams.
