Financial Expertise Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to drive our financial strategy and operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial functions across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing our financial strategy, analyzing financial performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and cost optimization.

Additionally, you will lead the annual budgeting process, ensure alignment with our strategic goals, and provide recommendations for corrective actions. Your expertise in managing financial risks, including currency exchange risk, is essential to our success.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively supervise a team of finance professionals. You will foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • CA degree or equivalent
  • 10-15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT/ITES company
  • Strong understanding of the IT/ITES and Pharma sectors, client service models, cost structures, and market trends
  • International exposure, particularly in managing financial operations across multiple geographies
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
