Job Title: Technical Product Specialist

Role Overview

This role involves overseeing the development and management of digital products for healthcare professionals. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical product specialist to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and the development team.
  • Work closely with the development team to create and prioritize product backlog items.
  • Ensure that all product requirements are clearly defined and documented.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to create user stories and wireframes.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends in the healthcare industry.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet technical and business requirements.
  • Manage the product roadmap and release schedule.
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology company.
  • Strong technical background with experience in software development processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Agile development methodology and tools such as JIRA.
Technical Expertise
  • Experience in digital technologies including B2C/B2B/E-commerce websites, CMS, cloud DB, CRM, integration & API services, web analytics, SEO, mobile apps development.
  • Understanding/Expertise of ETL tools, Data Lake, and dashboard visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI.
  • Maintains superior technical expertise in the above areas.
  • Implements strategic architecture initiatives.
  • Effectively uses MS Teams, Asana, Project, Jira, Visio, PowerPoint, Confluence, Mural for communication and managing resources.

  • Ability to be calm and deliver under pressure.
  • A sense of urgency and an eye for detail ensuring top-quality outcomes.
  • Enthusiastic with strong relationship management skills and objective-oriented focus.
