
Business Operations Coordinator

The role of Organizational Management is to define the structure of an organization within a specific time frame, provide electronic distribution of organizational information and serve as a basis for reporting audits, legal and internal reports, and workflows. This applies to all white-collar and blue-collar employees across entities.
- Global Projects: Active involvement in design, transition, takeover phases and smooth running of OM activities in Global Projects.
- Automation Programs: Develop and implement automation programs to reduce capacity and enhance user experience.
- Process Improvements & Harmonization: Identify, develop and implement process improvements through CRs, LHs and SMT Tickets. Implement harmonization across entities.
- Maintenance of Organizational structures, Position, Person and Communication Master data.
- Second-level support on technical issues - Resolve queries related to COMPAS, HR core – Rules, Policies & Processes, data creation & maintenance, etc.
- Maintenance of Organizational Master Data in the COMPAS system
- Maintenance processes for Position Master Data in the Local HR System.
- Update SAP (HR Core): Create / Delimitation of Org units, Classification of Org types, Org area, Cost center update, Personnel Area/Sub area updation, Location update, Account Assignment, Info Org unit, Position maintenance, Position Movements, Role updation, Target & Disciplinary Manager mapping, Managerial Assignments, Direct/Indirect flag update. Provide reliable data in good quality to consumer systems connected to COMPAS.
- Monthly inputs to Org changes Stake holders Team on Org management and Chief updates
- SLA adherence through timely closure of SSF tickets and interaction via Teams or email with stakeholders
- Create Queries and generate Need Based MIS & Reports from SAP & COMPAS
- Effectively partner with internal and external customers, delivering high-level customer service
Graduate in any Discipline, Post Graduate / MBA in HR (Optional), MSW
Experience : 3-5 year of Work Experience in SAP/ Success factors
Mandatory/requires Skills : Experience in EC/SAP
