Beautification Strategist Role

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Beautification Strategist to spearhead our cosmetics business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for elevating our brand's reputation and market presence through innovative marketing strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Market Visionary: Develop comprehensive marketing plans to boost brand visibility and sales performance.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the effective allocation of resources to optimize marketing outcomes.
  • Brand Refinement: Enhance and redefine our brand image and messaging to resonate with target audiences.
  • Campaign Designer: Design and implement advertising and promotional strategies across various media channels.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to synchronize marketing efforts.
Key Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in B2C marketing, including at least 2 years in the beauty and cosmetics sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and evaluate marketing campaign performance.
  • In-depth knowledge of the cosmetics industry, including trends, products, and competitors.
