We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Country Lead to join our team in India.

  • Lead market expansion initiatives and manage complex projects that align with our mission to advance climate and energy solutions.
  • Leverage our established network of international financial institutions, along with personal local financial connections, to develop, structure, and close financial transactions for our current and upcoming energy transition projects in India.
  • Collaborate closely with our leadership to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, encompassing business development, origination, new market initiatives, and project management.
  • Effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders (including clients, other consultants, key industry players, and regulatory bodies).
  • Supervise and prepare client's deliverables including research and write-ups including papers, concept notes, and presentations.
  • Lead management of transactions and engagements.
  • Review existing laws and regulations, industry and economic trends, and other data required to complete reports.
  • Conduct due diligence, prepare, and review financial models (including project finance models), and support financial analysis for debt, equity, and hybrid financing structures.
  • Mentor team members, foster collaboration, and encourage knowledge sharing within the team to support our mission and client goals.
