Job Summary
Genpact is seeking a skilled Process Developer to drive change through AI and digital innovation.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in payroll management, with a solid understanding of APAC payroll and tax laws. They will also possess strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, and be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate payroll information by collecting, calculating, analyzing, and entering data using the UKGPro payroll system.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of payroll cycles and resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Collaborate with payroll colleagues and other business areas, including Human Resources, Finance, and Technology.
  • Provide analysis and reporting as required and assigned by management.
  • Offer exceptional customer service by responding to employee inquiries and requests.

Requirements
  • Relevant years of payroll experience.
  • Solid understanding of APAC payroll and payroll tax laws.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and focused on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Good understanding of large ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Good knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements.
