As a customer-focused professional, you have the opportunity to drive business outcomes and improve overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities include collecting, categorizing, and validating data, as well as creating surveys and processing related tasks.

  • Determine and identify differentiated experiences and/or trends using high-level judgment.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on execution, escalate operational issues, draft SOPs, and conduct trainings for the team.
  • Contribute and lead process improvement initiatives that impact efficiency and quality.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent English communication and reading skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Proficiency in Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Previous work experience, especially handling data recording and business analysis
  • Interest in e-commerce and gaming industries
  • Willingness to learn and passion for improving overall customer experience
  • Self-starter, motivated, and extremely organized
