Job Title: Strategic Financial AdvisorJoin a dynamic team as a Strategic Financial Advisor and drive business growth through financial expertise.Sikich is seeking a seasoned professional to lead financial due diligence for clients acquiring businesses. The ideal candidate will possess 4+ years of experience in transaction advisory services, with a strong background in assessing business risks and opportunities, advising on acquisitions and restructuring, and analyzing financial data to guide decision-making.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough financial due diligence for clients acquiring businesses, identifying and analyzing business and financial risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies for acquisition, disposition, and restructuring of businesses, working closely with clients and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Aggregate, refine, and analyze target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings, and working capital considerations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate complex financial information effectively to clients, including C-level executives, and facilitate client meetings to obtain pertinent information for financial analysis.
Requirements for Success:
  • CA or CPA (US) certification with a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CFA (US) Level I or II an added advantage.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in transaction advisory services, preferably involving financial due diligence.
  • Exceptional professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong current knowledge of US GAAP, familiarity with the M&A process and market.
  • Proven project management capabilities, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in fast-paced settings and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
