We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize business outcomes;
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and profitability;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement;
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget;
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, making recommendations for process improvements;
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge;
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to leadership;
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the continuity of business operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field;
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role;
  • Proven track record of successful project implementation and team leadership;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability and flexibility;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in project management tools and software;
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices, with ability to stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP certification(s) in MM/SD/PP/QM/FICO or S/4HANA;
  • Experience with project coordination, testing, and documentation;
  • Knowledge of GxP, GMP, Data Integrity, 21 CFR Part 11, and EU Annex 11 compliance requirements;
  • Hands-on experience with continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
