Job Title: Security Manager - Compliance Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Security Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Information Security Process and Compliance Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of our SaaS solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement information security controls and compliance programs to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security threats and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive security initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Maintain and enhance existing security processes and procedures to ensure they align with industry best practices.

Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of experience in information security with expertise in handling large-scale security projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks and regulations, including NIST CSF, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001.
  • Experience with cloud security, AWS services, and security tools configuration.
  • Deep understanding of Kubernetes (K8S), cloud workload protection, and container security.
  • Ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience with security assessments, penetration testing, and incident response.
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
