Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships. This role requires a blend of consultative selling, solution awareness, and the ability to articulate business value to CXOs, IT Heads, and Compliance Officers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Pipeline Development

- Identify and engage prospective clients across BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, and SMBs.

- Build a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, events, channel partnerships, and referrals.

- Consultative Solution Selling

- Understand client pain points in cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management.

- Present Elytra's offerings in terms of business outcomes, compliance benefits, and cost efficiency.

- Conduct product demos and workshops with support from technical teams.

- Account Management

- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: qualification, proposal, negotiation, closure.

- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive renewals and upsell opportunities.

- Collaboration

- Work closely with the marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure customer success.

- Provide market feedback to shape product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

- Targets & Reporting

- Meet quarterly and annual sales quotas.

- o Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, IT services, or SaaS.

- Strong network among CIOs, CISOs, CFOs, IT Heads in India is highly desirable.

- Ability to translate technical security solutions into business and compliance value propositions.

- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, CSCRF, CERT-In, DPDP Act, SOC 2 is a strong plus.
