Job Title: Finishing Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and manage the finishing stages of high-rise projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership:
    • Lead all aspects of the finishing process for single, high-profile projects.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, contractors, and clients.
    • Oversee project timelines and quality control to ensure successful delivery.
  • Team Management:
    • Supervise and mentor a team of finishing specialists and workers.
    • Provide guidance on finishing techniques and quality standards.
  • Quality Control:
    • Maintain high-quality finishing standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Materials & Resources Management:
    • Oversee the selection and management of materials required for finishing work.
  • Problem-Solving & Risk Management:
    • Identify potential project risks and work proactively to resolve challenges and prevent delays.
  • Client Communication:
    • Maintain excellent relationships with clients, offering regular updates on project progress.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of project status and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 20 years of hands-on experience in the finishing industry, with at least 10 years in a lead or management position.
  • Education: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
