Front Office Coordinator

Job Title: Front Office Executive
Reports To: Site Manager/Unit Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all work requests coming in through different communication channels.
- Collaborate with the Sodexo on-site team to dispatch and collect work orders.
- Produce reports based on collected data.
- Receive and answer incoming calls and emails.
- Log calls through software and generate work orders.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate degree.
- Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Additional Information: Salary: 32000 Frequency: Per month Employment type: Full-time
