HR Intern Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as an intern. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR Manager and Senior HR Officer to provide administrative support and contribute to various HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Assist in updating our internal HR database, monitoring attendance, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Recruitment Assistance: Help coordinate interview schedules, confirm applicant availability, and gather job applications.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Prepare employee communications, updates on HR policies, and other correspondence as required.
  • Compliance and Research: Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and participate in career development events.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Currently enrolled in a junior or senior level program in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
  • Academic Performance: Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with US Labor Laws.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate a professional work ethic, flexibility, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
