Job Description

In this role as Human Resources Development Specialist, you will work closely with the HR team to provide support in various aspects of human resources management. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Inputting updates into the internal HR database
• Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and work hours
• Assisting in the recruitment process, including interview setup and paperwork for new employees
• Providing high-quality and timely HR assistance under minimal supervision

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
• A minimum GPA of 3.0
• Knowledge of U.S. Labor Laws
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Able to demonstrate a professional work ethic and maintain a flexible work schedule
