Assistant Administrative Officer

The Podar Education Network is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Administrative Officer to join our team in Bihar Sharif. As a mid-level position, this role requires a strong background in administration, vendor management, and transport management.

• Oversee daily administrative functions to ensure smooth operations within the institution.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Coordinate and supervise transportation arrangements for students and staff.
• Ensure the implementation of security protocols and manage security personnel.
• Oversee canteen operations, ensuring hygiene and quality standards are met.
• Prepare and maintain administrative reports and records.
• Assist in planning and executing school events and activities.
• Support senior administration in various administrative tasks as required.

• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience as an Admin Officer in a similar role.
• Advanced skills in administration, including proficiency in vendor management and experience in transport management.
• Knowledge of security management for educational institutions.
• Proven skills in canteen management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
