We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee a large team of professionals focused on serving clients in the Data & AI space.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in management consulting, presales, and stakeholder management, along with proven experience in delivering complex solutions for Banking and Finance clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of projects within the Banking and Finance sector.
  • Manage and lead a large team of resources, ensuring timely delivery, profit and loss management, and quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives.

The ideal candidate will have 18+ years of experience in IT services / Management Consulting, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant advanced degrees are preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing a large-scale portfolio (over $10-15 million USD) in the Banking and Finance domain focusing on Data & AI service offerings.
  • Experience in managing large teams of professionals across multiple locations.
