Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our infection control product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of infection control practices and healthcare workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to build awareness and generate demand for our infection control products.
  • Organize product demonstrations, workshops, and industry conferences/exhibitions participation.
  • Create Marketing collateral and presentations.
  • Assess current competitor offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Provide product technical information to Bio-Medicals / CSSD Managers -Technicians / IC Nursing Heads/ Consultants by discussing/detailing the feature benefits and precision execution of routine tasks.

Market Development:

  • Plan, Coordinate and execute Marketing programs to create pull in the market for entire range of IC product portfolio.
  • Responsible for launch of new product / product Line.

Sales Support:

  • Support the sales team with product knowledge, training, and strategic selling tools.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities with consumables and equipment bundles.

Other Duties:

  • Track sales and organize stocks.
  • Maintain & Analyze sales data and take corrective actions to address areas of concern in consultation with the Head - Marketing.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmacy.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Healthcare Management (preferred).

Experience:

  • 5–8 years of experience in medical equipments, devices, consumables preferably in infection control industry.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of infection control practices and healthcare workflows.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, operations, and sales teams.
