We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to our growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Automation Frameworks: Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for web, API, and backend testing.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and developers to understand requirements and define automation strategies.
  • Test Scripts: Build and maintain automated test scripts that ensure product quality across different modules.
  • CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support frequent and reliable deployments.
  • Defect Analysis: Analyze test failures, conduct root cause analysis, and contribute to faster resolution of defects.
  • Technology Adoption: Evaluate and adopt new testing tools and technologies to improve test coverage and efficiency.
  • Individual Contribution: Contribute as an individual contributor without the need for team or people management responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in automation testing only.
  • Familiarity with Tools: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java. Experience with REST API testing and integrating API validations into automation pipelines.
  • Agile Environment: Hands-on experience working in Agile or Scrum-based environments.
  • Test Management: Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar for test and defect management.
