Key Role: Performance Specialist

Performance Specialists are responsible for crafting and implementing multi-channel performance marketing strategies that align with business objectives, customer segments, and growth targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and BI reporting platforms.

  • Strategic Planning: Design and execute high-impact paid campaigns across multiple channels to achieve measurable ROI.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of campaigns to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior marketers to develop their skills and manage external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4–7 years in performance or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Skills: Proven ability to design and scale high-impact paid campaigns, strong analytical mindset, excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience managing budgets of significant scale.
