Business Head - Technical Textiles Leader

Job Summary:

Seeking an accomplished Business Head to drive growth in multiple Technical Textile sectors. The ideal candidate will possess full profit and loss ownership, supplier management, and business development across domestic and international markets.

About the Role

Leading positions available in:

  1. Fashion / Home Textiles (Upholstery, Rugs, Curtains, Mattresses)
  2. Automobile Textiles (PU, Roof Liners, Carpets, Airbags, Laminates)
  3. PackTech / Industrial Textiles (PP, HDPE, FIBC, BOPP, Laminates)
  4. Specialized Yarn (Aramid, Kevlar, Glass Fiber, Carbon Fiber)
  5. Performance Fabrics (Stretch, Moisture Wicking, Anti-microbial)
  6. Wearables & Smart Clothing (Graphene, Sensors, Conductive Fibers)

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will spearhead business expansion, new opportunities, and geography growth with end-to-end profit and loss, sales, margins, and collections ownership. They will also strengthen supplier and dealer networks, collaborate with Product Development and Research and Development for innovation, and build and lead sourcing, quality, and operations teams.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10–25 years of experience in trading or manufacturing setups.
  • Strong sales and business development track record.
  • Deep technical and product knowledge in textiles.
  • Robust supplier network domestically and globally.
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional teams.
