Customer Service Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Operations Manager to join our team at ACG. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support to our customer-facing teams, driving business growth through exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Servicing engineering equipment globally, with a focus on Process machines (FB, Coater, and HSM)
- Supporting integration and maintenance of PLC, HMI, SCADA, and servo-based systems
- Generating and supporting 21 CFR business opportunities
- Providing online support and training to customers
- Evaluating hardware and software solutions for retrofit upgrades and network integration
- Collaborating with internal teams to drive sales growth and revenue generation for aftermarket services
Requirements
- Technical knowledge of Mitsubishi or equivalent PLC, HMI, and Zenon or equivalent SCADA
- Experience in troubleshooting, failure analysis, and corrective actions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to train others and share knowledge within the team
