Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Operations Specialist to join our team at Arrivia. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our members, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative tasks.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for assisting customers/members over the phone and via email with their concerns, as well as actioning and clearing tickets received throughout the day.

You will also be responsible for processing member holidays, including paying suppliers, and ensuring that information loaded into our system is correct before sending members their holiday itineraries. Additionally, you will be required to deliver premium customer service and represent a culture and environment that is willing to go 'above and beyond'.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers/members over the phone and via email with their concerns.
  • Action and clear tickets received throughout the day.
  • Process member holidays, including paying suppliers.
  • Ensure that information loaded into our system is correct before sending members their holiday itineraries.
  • Deliver premium customer service and represent a culture and environment that is willing to go 'above and beyond'.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with phone, email, and chat etiquette.
  • Demonstrate initiative, yet be able to follow instructions and procedures.
