  • Develop and automate reports and dashboards in Google Sheets, Advanced Excel and Salesforce.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business data requirements.">
  • Monitor data trends, prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, and provide actionable insights.">
  • Drive data-driven processes to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.">

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Insight Analyst or similar role.">
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CRM for data extraction, report building, and dashboard management.">
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (scripts, automation, formulas) and Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VBA, advanced formulas).">
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.">
  • Experience working independently during night shifts, with high attention to detail and timeliness.">
  • Strong communication skills to work with US-based stakeholders and internal team members.">
