Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Intelligence tools and technologies, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in BI tools such as Microstrategy and Tableau, with minimum 8 years of experience.
  • Ability to lead a team of BI experts and provide technical solutions to BI tool reporting requirements.
  • Extensive knowledge of creating data visualizations using BI Tools Desktops and regularly publishing and presenting dashboards.
  • Familiarity with SQL concepts, including tables, views, indexes, joins, stored procedures, and query optimization.
  • Ability to generate reports using BI Tools to analyze data from multiple sources like Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Hive, and Teradata.
  • Good understanding of various BI Tools functionalities, including Tableau Extracts, Parameters, Trends, Hierarchies, Sets, Groups, Data Blending, and Joins.
  • Able to develop customized charts and work extensively with Actions, Calculations, Parameters, Background images, Maps, Trend lines, LOD functions, and Table Calculations.
  • Experience with generating Context filters, Extract, and Data Source filters while handling large volumes of data.
  • Hands-on experience with building Groups, Hierarchies, Sets, and creating detailed level summary reports and Dashboards using KPIs.
  • Proficiency in building, publishing customized interactive reports and Dashboards, report scheduling using Tableau Server.
  • Ability to manage User groups and access relative activities in BI Tools and Tableau Server.
