Job Title: Sales & Procurement - Cosmetic Ingredients

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organization in the cosmetic industry as a Sales and Procurement professional.

  • Responsible for achieving sales and profit objectives in India and international markets.
  • Assist and coordinate sales activities with customers and channel partners in the herbal and nutraceutical ingredients division.
  • Maintain and improve established relationships with key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and coordinate annual sales and cost budget plans for respective markets in line with regional plans.
  • Primarily responsible for achieving agreed sales and profit objectives and expense control management.
  • Monitor sales turnover on a quarterly basis and conduct counter-actions if necessary.
Procurement:
  • Analyze product scope, anticipate business activity, and build relevant sourcing strategies.
  • On-board new suppliers and assist stakeholders in expanding sourcing channels.
  • Manage process definition and drive clear roadmaps with collaborative stakeholders and external partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Independent and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of logical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English and regional languages.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in organic chemistry, food technology, or other related fields from a reputable institute.
Professional Experience:
  • 4+ years of combined experience in sales and sourcing operations in the herbal and nutraceutical industry is highly desirable.
