Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Strategist to lead our risk management efforts across multiple domains, developing and implementing strategies that align with business objectives.

This role requires a seasoned professional with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of the financial sector, and expertise in risk assessment and mitigation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and implementing comprehensive risk management frameworks, overseeing risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies, and ensuring effective portfolio monitoring and stress testing.

Additionally, this position involves utilizing data analytics tools to enhance risk control and providing inputs to improve risk modeling and early warning systems.

Regular risk reports will be prepared and presented to senior management and the board, providing insights into portfolio performance, emerging risks, and key risk indicators.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of credit and financial risk, operational risk, and regulatory requirements.
  • Sectoral understanding of financial institutions and ability to interpret financial trends.
  • Proficiency in risk management and data analytics tools, ideally including Python and SQL.
