Job Title: Senior Manager

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our third-party risk management program within the Information Security team. This key role will involve designing and implementing a comprehensive framework for managing third-party risks, ensuring the security and integrity of our operations.

  • Design and implement a robust third-party risk management framework from scratch.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of risk appetite strategies, utilizing OneTrust to conduct security assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal and executive stakeholders, to inform critical security decisions.

This position requires a deep understanding of information security risk management principles, as well as expertise in relevant industry frameworks (NIST, ISO, COSO, HITRUST, FAIR) and GRC tools (OneTrust, Security Scorecard, BitSight). The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and strategic thinking capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a scalable risk management model, leveraging data analytics and reporting tools to inform decision-making.
  • Establish and manage effective risk reporting processes, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and regulatory requirements, adapting our risk management approach accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in information security risk management, preferably with experience building third-party risk management programs.
  • Expertise in industry frameworks (NIST, ISO, COSO, HITRUST, FAIR) and GRC tools (OneTrust, Security Scorecard, BitSight).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience; certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP are desirable.
