  • Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage Azure Virtual Desktops (AVDs) for efficient operation.
  • Create and deploy virtual machines in Azure, including AVD host pools and VM instances.
  • Set up application groups and workspaces to streamline access and productivity.
  • Administer remote applications and desktops, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Manage FSLogix User Profile Management for Azure WVD environments.
  • Deploy and configure Azure IaaS virtual machines and cloud services within secure VNets and subnets.
  • Capture images of virtual machines and attach disks to enhance infrastructure flexibility.
  • Design and implement Azure Virtual Networks (VNets), subnets, and network settings to optimize performance.
  • Develop and maintain Azure Storage accounts with Blob, File Share, Table, and Queue services.
  • Troubleshoot user-based issues on AVDs to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Configure Azure Log Analytics workspaces and Automation-based solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Resolve remote app publishing issues on AVDs.
  • Expertise in managing Azure Virtual Desktop infrastructure (AVD) and Nerdio management tools.
  • Good exposure to Nerdio Manager tool and excellent diagnostic and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop infrastructure (AVD).
  • Proficiency in creating and configuring Azure VNets, subnets, and network settings.
  • Familiarity with Azure Storage account features, including Blob, File Share, Table, and Queue services.
  • Ability to administer FSLogix User Profile Management for Azure WVD environments.
  • Knowledge of Azure IaaS virtual machine deployment and configuration within secure VNets and subnets.
  • Understanding of virtual network design and implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
