Role - Talent Acquistion Officer / Analyst/ Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment for Technical, Non-Technical
Strategic Recruitment: Partner with Hiring Manager and department heads to understand current and future hiring needs, and design recruiting strategies that attract top talent.
Consultative Guidance: Advise hiring managers on job specifications, candidate profiles, and market trends, ensuring alignment between business goals and talent acquisition efforts.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques, including social media, networking events, and industry connections.
Candidate Experience: Champion a best-in-class candidate experience by managing all aspects of the recruitment process with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail.
Analytical & Data-Driven Insights: Utilize metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, adjusting approaches as necessary to improve efficiency and quality of hires.
Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to position [Your Company Name] as an employer of choice, enhancing our visibility in the market through compelling recruitment campaigns.
Creative Problem-Solving: Address complex hiring challenges by thinking outside the box, coming up with innovative recruitment solutions to meet evolving business demands.
Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure that recruitment processes are compliant with local labor laws and company policies, while incorporating best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Qualifications: MBA in HR
- Proven experience as a Recruiter (corporate or agency).
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, Metrics and best practices.
- Ability to creatively source candidates through innovative methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for building high-performance teams that thrive on collaboration and mutual respect.
