Key ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, visualizing, designing and evolving our visual identity.Your workday will involve thinking, acting and designing for digital platforms, developing and strengthening brand assets including style and brand guidelines, delivering high-quality, on-brand graphics to support superior digital and performance marketing, and independently performing med-to-high complexity creative tasks that are cohesive, simple, intuitive and customer centric.Develop visually appealing graphics for web, social media, events, email campaigns and other activities;Produce creative assets including graphics, templates, and layouts and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels;Analyze, report and improve your designs; iteratively with each initiative;RequirementsWe are seeking a candidate with a powerful portfolio demonstrating their creative capacity, aesthetic sensibilities, and technical expertise; preferably with business cases. The ideal candidate will have high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator) and other design software suited for designing still and motion graphics, 0 to 1 years of experience in designing for digital advertising on Facebook, Google, Instagram, among others, strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and collaboration skills, and ability to work in a team and yet deliver as an individual contributor.A portfolio showcasing your creative ability, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator);Digital advertising experience;Strong communication and collaboration skills;Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
