Unlock Your Potential in Digital AdvertisingWe're looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Performance Marketing Specialist. As a key player in our marketing strategy, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing innovative Paid Advertising campaigns that drive results.Key Responsibilities:Create & optimize campaigns across the digital landscape, including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.Perform A/B testing & ROI optimization to ensure maximum return on investment.Implement programmatic advertising campaigns and explore new digital channels.Collaborate with the content team to provide data insights and support campaign optimization.Ad copywriting, testing, and campaign optimization to drive conversions.Set up and optimize Google Analytics goals and tracking/conversion pixels.Conduct extensive reporting & data analysis to inform future marketing strategies.Requirements:To succeed in this role, you'll need a deep understanding of paid advertising and the web. You should have experience in at least 2 of the following areas:At least 1-year of experience in performance marketing.Hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and/or other tracking software.Hands-on experience in marketing automation concepts (tools, scripts, APIs, dynamic/triggered campaigns).Experience with remarketing/retargeting campaigns, and display advertising.Culture Fit:We're looking for someone who is a fast learner, willing to invest time in professional development, and passionate about using 'we' instead of 'I.'
