As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality document formatting and graphic editing services to our clients.Key Responsibilities:Format and edit documents according to client specifications using advanced document formatting techniques.Edit graphics as per instructions using industry-standard applications.Leverage macros and automation tools to enhance efficiency and quality.E nsure timely delivery and maintain exceptionally high standards.Review and provide feedback on work completed by junior team members.Work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Mentor junior DTP specialists to improve team performance.Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless execution.Troubleshoot DTP-related issues and suggest process improvements.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Advanced proficiency in MS Word for document formatting.Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop or similar tools for graphic editing.Proven experience in DTP OCR processing and quality assurance.Advance Proficiency in using industry-standard OCR software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Pro, ABBYY FineReader).Excellent communication and leadership skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.Preferred: Knowledge of macros and automation tools to improve workflow efficiency.About This Role:This is an exceptional opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute your expertise in document formatting and graphic editing.
