You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications and systems using Rust. This role is ideal for developers who are passionate about systems programming, performance optimization, and leveraging Rust's unique capabilities to build scalable and reliable software solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Development: Design, build, and optimize scalable, low-latency, and memory-safe applications using Rust.Feature Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.Performance & Reliability: Ensure applications are efficient, responsive, and production-ready, with robust testing and benchmarking.Debugging & Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and deliver innovative solutions.Code Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented Rust code following best practices.Community & Innovation: Stay connected with the Rust ecosystem, contribute to open-source projects when possible, and bring fresh ideas to the team.Continuous Learning: Keep up with latest Rust features, concurrency models, async programming trends, and system design patterns.Requirements1+ years of proven experience as a Rust Developer or in systems-level programming roles.Strong proficiency in Rust and familiarity with its ecosystem (Cargo, Crates, Rustfmt, Clippy, etc.).Solid understanding of systems programming concepts – memory management, concurrency, multithreading, and async/await.Hands-on experience with networking protocols, APIs, and asynchronous programming.Familiarity with databases, WebAssembly (Wasm), or embedded systems is a plus.Experience with version control systems (Git preferred) and Agile/Scrum workflows.Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
